ABOUT PARENT COACHING
Parent/Child Coaching is not a quick fix. It is a process that requires time, commitment, participation and willingness to transform. This is best achieved with a minimum of 8-10 sessions. Together we will choose a convenient time and day for us to meet on a weekly basis for a one hour session. For an additional fee of $50.00, each session can include a written feedback of key concepts, ideas, or strategies discussed. Otherwise, at the end of a session, together we will decide on action steps to work on during the week. The written feedback or action steps will help you or your child keep new ideas at the forefront, so that you can begin incorporating them into your life.
